It's a human tendency to always have the best out of everything, and also the best results from your own work,but sometimes these things make you think that - have you actually chosen a right way of performing a task.

This quote had been between us from many years, and almost all people interpret it in their own ways.

  There are many people who just think if it's talking about a turtle then it must be telling that you have to keep working on your dreams,to reach your Destination even if you can do it with a slow pace.
  But this one is hell apart, this one wants to tell you the importance smartness along with your harsh Struggle.

This tries to say that massive results cannot come from comfort zones.One needs to reduce the sleep,
the amount of food he takes , all other things which he needs to entertain himself .One's  only had to be focussed on his work,if one is really dying for making their dreams come true.

This really emphasises on searching for good outside your place, observing      the outer world , relating with people and mother nature , trying to understand the needs of the people
, Exchange of ideas because one never knows what is going to
Bring a change in life and this all helps to build a behaviour which will help us to survive in the world.This takes one,a step further near to what one want to be in his  life.Because if you don't make your thoughts ,reach the people how will they understand you, what's your caliber, what could you offer to the future or how you could be the face of change .(and if one don't understand you why will one invest his or her expensive TIME for you.)

This shows if you will be doing things but without knowing how others are doing in that field you will never get to know your weaknesses or strengths,and may be this ends up in a disgusting scenario.(like doing something which one has previously done and that will fetch you no result.)

One side of this quote also explains that this world is full of trickery and people who will misguide , try
to mend the thought process in a way which can prove troublesome.
Thus,one must be careful and try to ignore these kind of people.

A movement of turtle also represents  a great coordination between the head and the subordinates .these things are to be taken under consideration because to be successful in life one only needs a sound mind and a courageous team.
